Grown in the mountains of Huila, Colombia, between 1330 m and 1650 m above sea level, Bio Oro reflects the region's exceptional terroir. Thanks to its rich volcanic soils and a unique climate characterized by sunny days and cool nights, the coffee cherries ripen slowly, developing intense and complex aromas. This coffee is made from the Bourbon and Caturra varieties, and its fully washed processing with drying in solar dryers guarantees pure flavors. In the cup, it offers mild acidity, a pronounced, sweet sweetness, and a medium body, with notes of fresh lime, gourmet caramel, and chocolate milk. Produced by passionate small producers, Bio Oro embodies excellence and respect for the environment.
