Palo Rosa Decaf

This is clearly a high-quality coffee with a well-balanced and refined flavour profile. The notes come through nicely, while the subtle fruitiness added some complexity. Although it’s advertised as balanced, I found it a little brighter and more acidic than I typically prefer, but that’s simply a matter of personal taste IMO

After dialing in the grind on my espresso machine, the cup was closer to my preference and i really liked it.

If you enjoy a coffee with a bit more brightness and complexity, I think you’ll appreciate Zenith. Even if you usually lean toward lower-acidity coffees like I do, it’s worth taking the time to dial it in, as it really rewards the effort.
