Huila (Colombia)
Once washed, the coffee is transferred under solar panels for drying. These panels ensure a stable temperature and protect the beans from rain. The dried coffee then travels to a factory where the parchment is removed, before being shipped to our roaster.
The Huila coffee region alone embodies the Colombian coffee heritage and the splendor of its landscapes. Its rolling green hills, adorned with deep green plantations, offer a panorama that captivates both visitors and locals alike. The altitude, fertile soil, and equatorial climate combine to create the perfect conditions for growing some of the world's finest Arabica beans.
